You can disable Connected Devices Platform Service from the command line in the Advanced Ordering window. To do so, follow these steps:

1.) Find “Command Prompt” in the Windows search bar and select “Run as administrator” in the right pane.

2.) In the Advanced Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter:
sc config CDP user SVC type=own
3.) Reboot the system after the order is complete.

Disable the platform service of devices connected to the registry editor.

1.) Press Win+R to open the Run window. In the Run window, type the command regedit. Press Enter to open the Registry Editor window.

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CDPUserSvc
3.) In the right pane, double-click Start to open its properties.
4.) Change the data value from 2 to 4.
5.) Click OK to save the settings.
