Verify your Office 365 license

1. Open the Office 365 sign-in page in your browser.
2. Sign in to Office 365
3. Click your profile in the upper-right corner of the Office 365 portal.

5. Click Subscriptions on the left side of the window.
6. Then in the Licenses section, make sure that you have the latest version of Office for desktops installed.

Deleting the group container files

1. Make sure that you have logged out of your MS Office 365 account.
2. Then open the Library folder. This folder contains a subfolder called Group Container.
3. Click on Group Container to open this subfolder.
4. Then choose to delete the following files: UBF8T346G9.ms, UBF8T346G9.Office, and UBF8T346G9.OfficeOsfWebHost.
5. Right-click and select Move to Trash to delete these files.

Reinstalling Office 365

1. In the Mac dock, click Finder.
2. Select the Mac platform under Devices, then click Applications.
